These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Djib-Payroll (the “Service”). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful payroll and human-resources purposes. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or interfere with the Service.
3. Payroll calculations
The Service provides calculation helpers based on configured rules, statutory rates, and employee data. Final compliance remains your responsibility. We recommend verifying outputs with a qualified accountant or the relevant authority before disbursing pay.
4. Data and privacy
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your company and employee data.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the account at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable grace period.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Djib-Payroll's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Djibouti, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
