Using Djib-AI

Ask questions about your own payroll data in Arabic, French or English — and understand what the assistant can and cannot see.

2 min read

Djib-AI answers questions about your team's payroll data in plain language. It reads live figures rather than guessing.

Where to find it

  • Djib-AI page — full screen, from the sidebar. Best for longer conversations.
  • Floating widget — the bubble on any app page, for a quick question.
  • Public assistant — the bubble on the marketing site, which answers product questions only and has no access to any company data.

What it can see

Only the current team's data: headcount, departments, payroll runs and totals, compliance status. It cannot read another company's data — isolation is enforced when the context is built, not by asking the model nicely.

What to ask

  • How many active employees do we have?
  • What is the status of the latest payroll run?
  • Give me the CNSS summary for the month.
  • How does the employee portal work?

Language

The assistant replies in whatever interface language you have selected — Arabic, French or English. Switch language and ask again; the answer follows.

Who can use it

The in-app assistant requires permission to view payroll runs, because its context includes team-wide payroll aggregates. Portal employees and members without that permission do not see the widget.

What it will not do

  • It does not change data. It reads and reports.
  • It does not file declarations.
  • It is not a substitute for your accountant on statutory questions.

Treat its output as a fast read of your own numbers, not as professional advice. For anything you will file with the CNSS or the tax administration, verify against the generated declaration.

Common questions

It says it cannot find data that exists. Its context covers the current team. Check you are on the right team.

Answers come back in the wrong language. It follows the selected interface language. Switch language in the header and ask again.

Can it see payslips of individual employees? It works from team-level aggregates, not individual payslip documents.
