Once a run is finalised, everything downstream is generated from immutable snapshots — so a payslip reprinted next year matches the one issued today.
Generate payslips
- Open the finalised run.
- Click Generate Payslips.
- Confirm. One PDF job is queued per calculated employee.
Progress appears on the page. Each PDF is stored on private storage — payslips are never publicly accessible URLs.
If some fail, Retry Failed requeues only those.
Download options
- Payslips ZIP — every approved payslip in one archive. Queued, then downloadable when ready.
- Payroll summary PDF — one recap document for the period.
- Bank transfer CSV — the payment list for your bank.
Exports expire. An expired export is no longer downloadable and must be requested again.
Bank transfer list
Reports → Bank transfer. Produces the CSV your bank ingests, containing each employee's bank name, account number, IBAN/RIB and net pay.
An employee with no bank details cannot appear in the file. Check for missing bank data before generating.
The employee's own copy
If the employee portal is enabled, employees download their own payslips — no HR request needed. See The employee portal.
With WhatsApp notifications configured, they are pinged the moment a payslip is ready.
Verification
Payslips carry a verification URL. Anyone holding the document can confirm it was issued by your company and has not been altered.
Common questions
Nothing happens when I click Generate Payslips. PDF generation is a queued job. Without a queue worker running, nothing processes.
Can I regenerate a payslip after a correction? Yes, after the adjustment is approved and applied. The new PDF reflects the adjusted figures; the original snapshot is retained.
Why is an employee missing from the ZIP? The ZIP contains approved payslips. Check the employee calculated successfully and was not excluded.
